Hello,
I am Pauline — a designer, researcher, and facilitator exploring how we can cultivate more regenerative relationships with the living world.
I work with design as a way of reimagining the connections between humans, materials, and ecosystems. Rooted in Eco-Social Design, my practice moves between material research, speculative inquiry, participatory processes, and visual storytelling. Through hands-on experimentation, I explore how design can challenge extractive ways of thinking and open up more regenerative forms of coexistence.
Much of my work is guided by a curiosity for the more-than-human world. I investigate the stories materials tell, the systems they are entangled with, and the futures they make imaginable. Across projects ranging from experimental material explorations to regional transformation processes and circular economy initiatives, I create spaces for reflection, dialogue, and collective imagination.
Ultimately, I see design not as a tool for creating more things, but as a practice for cultivating new relationships: between people and places, humans and non-humans, present realities and possible futures
